I have lost 8 characters to disconnects above level 50 now, cant bring myself to play anymore, 300 hours+ play time.
Latency does not change in game, i notice as my characters attacks suddenly do nothing and enemy mobs stop attacking. Naturally I mash the escape scroll, but to no avail, after 20 seconds the game pops up with the disconnection screen.
I’ve had this occur both with discord open talking to friends the whole time and also with all other apps closed, to ensure there wasn’t a conflict.
New IP address, same problem.
Wired connection, 1.9Gbps Down 1.6Gbps Up, nothing else disconnects at the time, nothing else happens outside of diablo disconnecting.
Timing is inconsistent, but have not had a disconnect on world tier 1 or 2. Most recent disconnect was the first in a dungeon, previous have been on the world map.
On world boss times, youll randomly get kicked because a lot of people are watching the world boss tracker, and when world boss are online, they jump in at the same time, randomly KICKING people who are still playing out.
So if you play hard core, you have to watch out of those tracker, because even though if you are not world bossing or hell tide farming, Youll also affected by it,
So its the time where you need go get the hell out if those times are nearing!
I haven’t noticed this. My disconnects are unrelated to world boss timings, im only ever online for one of the timings each day and haven’t had a disconnect in that time window yet.
9 dead characters, 8 to disconnects that dont appear to be anything my end, 7 above level 50. Best run was level 75, cannot bring myself to keep playing this.
I’m experiencing the same issues and also lost a few characters due to this. It’s fine to die once or twice due to random server issues, but now it’s just frequent and I can’t get any tune above 30 without it dying to DC.
Might I add I have no network issues with any other games.
