Pretty much. The other affixes are not significant other than the Max Fury. But the Max Fury is just I think 30? Getting double the dmg multiplier form .4 outweights it by a lot.
Sell the 4GA one at trade for 10 Billion, then use a non-GA one with .4.

Ram’s is fine as long as you’re not playing Bash. In Bash the Temper alone outperforms Ram’s unless you have like a Selig and a ton of other Max resource affixes everywhere.
Its pretty much BIS for all dual wield builds aside from bash cause the temper is dumb.
