Just got these boots from Infernal Horde. Tested the pair with Leap and Giant Strides. The explosion happens on cast not when Leap animation ends. The damage is subpar as well. Gonna see if I can increase the damage somehow. It’s not like there’s any good boots aspect or unique to use.
I wear them because they have 34 all resists. 
Yen’s is better. If you use Leap and Charge, just use War Cry and you can have War Cry up indefinitely. This lets you use the Damage While War Cry Temper is active also which is pretty high. Still get your Resists.
Rakanoth etc. would be okay if Elemental Damage was converted to Physical Damage as Barbarian. Burning Rage might actually be decent. Andariel’s could be a Meta with Fists of Fate Lucky Hit like Rogue. Not quite sure why Blizzard has not done this.
