The spears you are supposed to collect are either missing or they’re there but can’t be interacted with.
According to the Blizzard player forums, many players on PC, PlayStation & Xbox have experienced this issue and have gotten no response from you. Plus a couple of people mentioned there’s two other quests with bugs and also had the same issue of no contact, for years apparently.
So here I am, the next person with the same problem. Please acknowledge this issue and let us know asap when you’ll release a fix.

Extra note: automated services are a waste of time. Having AI respond to things that they don’t fix is a huge waste of time. All it actually says is we would rather not pay humans to do something that an automated machine can do far cheaper while not actually resolving the issue. For all the money that you guys have made, you sure do like punishing players by not listening when they have problems.

I have the same problem on xbox. Spears do not populate. I have exited the dungeon and gone back in, but still no spears. I have dismissed the quest and restarted it, but still no spears.
New Season. New Month. Same bugged game. Why bother starting a seasonal character when you’re just going to run into this anyway? Fix it or take it out, already.

Yup, still bugged as of Oct 4.
As someone new to the game, I was thinking I missed something. It wasn’t until I went and looked online that I saw it’s a bug that’s apparently been around… across all platforms… and is still somehow not fixed.

I even tried going down a few tiers and it still isn’t working.
Still an issue as of 2nd November 2025 on PS5 - I’m unable to interact with the spears when in the dungeon. Spear racks can be destroyed but can’t be interacted with to collect them.

November 12 2025, still bugged. Micro transactions more important than game functionality for Microsoft-Blizzard.
11/21/25, still hitting this bug. Grok told me to exit dungeon, reset, drop quest, re-take, and try again. Done it now at least 4 different ways, and logged out logged back and tried again. Is anyone able to even SEE the spears, because I can’t even get them to show up. First game halting bug I’ve come across…

November 28th still bugged
Been a while since I played last.. so I dunno if it was actually fixed in an update, or if I got lucky.. but the quest worked for me on February 12, 2026. lol
