Raise Skeleton Damage Bugged (?)

Need some others to verify but I’m fairly certain that raise skeleton’s ‘30%’ damage increase is not being calculated correctly or at all. Is this something that is already a known bug?

If you run a golem and you use raise skeleton skill, the damage of the golem does not go up by 30%, it goes up by 0%. For instance, on my current build and setup at 83, my golem is doing 8,822 - 10-783 damage. When I use raise skeleton, my golems damage does NOT go up. Now, I also run Flesh-eater in my current build and that damage increase is correct, my golem’s damage goes to 13,645 - 16,454 when Flesh-eater is proc’d, which is a 40% increase.

I guess my question is, is the Raise skeleton damage only a 30% additive bonus? Is it bugged? I’m not seeing any damage increase showing on the golem’s ability at all, if it is going up, then is it a display/description bug?

Note: I am running Fueled by Death, but it does not affect the damage increase, it actually doesn’t even properly display one at times

Edit: Character stat sheet shows no increase in minion damage at all but the golem tooltip does (?).

its not multiplicative, so its just added to your already existing additive bonuses.

So for me its: Golem: 105% minion dmg + 21% summon dmg + 713% golem dmg + 113% slow dmg + 152% CC damage + 147% vuln dmg + 30% from skeletal mage.

As you can imagine that last 30% is absolutely negligible and impossible to even notice.

I guess what I’m asking is, why is it not displaying on my golem’s skill ability? Everything else increases it’s damage, Fueled by Death and Flesh-Eater (skill’s and passive’s that can be proc’d) so why shouldn’t Raise Skeleton?

no idea, maybe the bonus is to small or its a bug. you can test if it works if you use it with a fresh level 1 char and skeletons. as at that level it is 30% of all your damage, so effectively like a multiplicative bonus.
