why is attack speed being listed as so important for this version of the build when it is nothing more that 1 cast of RoA - 1 cast of barrage rinse repeat and both of these skills are single shots? I fail to see how AS can help here so what do I not know?
probably affects the cast speed, wich isn’t saying much TBH 
maybe somewhere in some exotic build this could be helpful but fail to see how
