… even with all the nerfs you thrown into Barbarian this patch, you haven’t even looked into the interaction of our Bleeds with Rage of Harrogath.
It is not working with any bleed besides Furious Whirlwind. Berserker Ripping or 2h sword specialization should trigger it as well.

That is pretty vague. Bugged like how? What does it say, that it does not do?
I am not trying to argue with you, but a post like this is just a waste of your time, because the bug team has no control over game balance, so they will just toss this post in the trash.
