The legendary power doesn’t work with the HoTA build. I’ve applied bleeding numerous times but never were the cooldowns for my shouts shortened.

yes, very happy to drop this piece for the Hota shouts build, but it doesn’t work. Wait between 2 or 5 sec when our shouts disappear or you are dead, is really bad.
So much hope in this unique but no :wink:

Maybe blizz just coded the shouts as ultimates because that’s basically how long they balanced them with their base cooldown/uptime. :rofl:

i got both rage of harrogath and bold chiefthan drop 2 days ago and they are both bug will not work.

Harrogath and Disembowel both currently do not reduce cooldowns if the bleeds are applied through the 2H sword technique or the Berserk Ripping aspect. You need to apply the bleed directly through a skill like Rend, Flay, Lunging Strike, Thorns, or WW.

Ah maybe that’s it, I’m using flay. It doesn’t seem to proc when my thorns applies bleed though I think this is by design?

we need this correction in the incoming patch. Fix Rage of Harrogath with 2 hands sword expertise. (bump the topic up)

Does anybody know if the 2H sword expertise works on Harrogath if you actually use a 2H sword? Like, is it bugged in general, or does it just not proc if you set that as your mastery and are making them bleed with a different weapon?

I dont think it even works with WW At least i have never ntoiced it.

I want to recall that it does NOT work with the 2h sword expertise, but then again, you should not be using anything but a 2h sword for a build like WW.

Apparently, dual wield WW is top right meow.

I’m pretty sure it’s bugged in general, but I wanted to make sure. I guess I’ll just test it out later and see for myself, but I was hoping someone had done some testing on it.

Eh i think it depends if you are trying to super MinMax the game, i suppose technically Hammer is the best since the first 100NM clear as barb was with a 2h hammer using the chance to stun things.

I’ve been using this chest for awhile and I agree I’m pretty sure it’s bugged, I don’t ever see my shouts ticketing downwards as much as it should by reading the proc.

The cooldown reduction only works for Lucky Hits on Elites so if you don’t have any lucky hit percentage increase you will never get it.
