The Barbarian item Rage of Harrogath does not reduce the cooldowns of your skills, when you inflict Bleeding on enemies. Makes it pretty much unplayable. Please fix. Thank you
Flicker step is bugged also,half the time it doesn’t reduce the Cota cooldown.
I don’t think it’s bugged. Why would it take so long for anyone to notice this?
I can assure you that it is. I apply bleeding, I do not get reduced cooldowns. Very simple.

Well I am not using ww and it does not work. The item specifically states that it is supposed to reduce cooldowns if you apply any bleeding.
Pretty sure it says it has a chance to reduce cooldowns upon lucky hit procs. It’s not a guarantee with every hit. Worked fine for me when I last used it, only a few days ago, so I don’t think it’s bugged, unless it’s bugged with a specific skill.
No core skill damage for Barb,end of story.
I played several hours with it equipped and did not get a single procc, while applying bleeding all the time. I think I even saw some others post on exactly the same topic. It is 100% bugged.
You will need to record and post a video then, where you show your items/skills etc. and of it not working, as for everyone else, it’s working fine. Which skills are you using and it’s not working?
