The way Rage of Harrogath reads any direct application for bleed to an Elite should trigger the chance for a lucky hit, however that is not how it is currently functioning. Either the wording on Rage of Harrogath needs to be changed or it is bugged

Also the same problem with the disembowel glyph.
Booth rage of harrogath and disembowel wont trigger with 2h sword expertise bleed.

Been seeing posts from players for over a week, and still no word about this anywhere from Blizzard. I’d be happy if it was at least acknowledged so we know it is being worked on.

This majorly changes a lot of potential for builds, would really like some clraification on this interaction
Also wanted to build my character around these, hope they fix the bug or clarify the interaction!

Bumping this in hopes of getting clarification, as it is certainly needed. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say the issue is the interaction between lucky hit and the aspect/sword specialization. The logic being that the bleed source is “berserk ripping” or “sword specialization” which do not have a lucky hit chance, rather than it being from the skill used to apply the bleed. It would just be nice to know if this was intended.
