Do points into Rabies to unlock the passive, increase the effectiveness of Rabies spread by the Rabid Bear aspect? I feel that it does not, but hoping I am wrong. I do not think I see Rabies even spread so curious if this aspect is overrated?
You should see little poison bolts flying towards the enemy. And then flying from the enemy. Real easy to test and observe in the training grounds.
