ANOTHER season where Sorc is less than subpar. We’re either D or absolute F tier for pushing high level content.
Can you PLEASE get a better team in there to figure out how to balance our class?
This is getting very, VERY tiresome.
I’ve already skipped a few seasons because Sorc has been so astonishingly bad I just couldn’t bare to even bother.
The thing you need to realize, if there is a ~40 level pit difference between their favourite class and the ‘We suck at math and didn’t test anything, so this is broken’ class. Then the lesser class people will simply just not play the game.
It’s been seven seasons. SEVEN SEASONS you have let this go on for. Acknowledge they have zero idea what they are doing and rotate them out.
For all of our sanity and enjoyment of the game - PLEASE FIX THIS.

im gonna try ice shards again next season and if its still million times worse than the class they made OP to sell the expansion, then i guess it’s another skip
Looks like the only builds that don’t totally suck are the clunky to play Firebolt and massively gear dependent Fireball. All the Ice/Lightning builds are horrible with the loss of Firebolt enchantment.
You could play Incinerate or Meteorites, Lightning Spear and maybe Ball Lighting Strike of Stormhorn for Pit 100+.
Like I said countless times in these forums, the sorcerer problems can be solved so easily: adding the 3rd enchantment back + 2 more rings/aspecs
and a few small buffs to base damage and paragon…the problem will be finally solved.
Unfortunately, the dev team is soo incompetent and sooo stubborn they won’t listen to anybody.
They, “PRETEND” they listen, but c’mon! look at season 7: is season 2 and 3 plus all the bllsht of season 6… shameful at best!

THE ONLY WAY DEVS WILL LISTEN, IS WHEN SERVER POPULATION GOES DOWN AND MICROSOFT START KICKING THEIR BUTTS.
But unfortunately, nobody wants to stop playing, this show how conformists sorcerer players are, that is sign of ACCEPTANCE, and as long as they see this, they won’t even try…EVER!
when all sorcerers unite and stop playing D4 and there’s NO SORCERER on sight…things will start changing
meanwhile:
Enjoy being called worthless and weakest class
Enjoy your butt being kicked and blasted all over the pit
Enjoy being segregated, discriminated and kicked out of parties just for being a sorc.
Enjoy not being able to clear higher pit tiers like the rest of the classes
Enjoy being carried all the time
Enjoy being locked out from getting higher glyph levels and material for being weak, while others get the most and enjoy the content you can’t
The choice, my sorcerer friend…is YOURS.

I would say let’s at least see what happens for S7 before getting too upset. Perhaps there will be a nice surprise inside. 
the surprise of deception… that is guaranteed!
I have made SO many suggestions to fix Sorc, primarily a third enchantment slot and letting us equip a staff / wand / focus all at the same time.
Blizzard does nothing and continues to basically have one less class in the game.

Iv just stopped playing the game all together. Sorc just isnt fun anymore. Iv gone back to play d3 and d2 again among other non bliz games in general. Ill just wait a few years until the devs get their heads outa their bums.

That wouldn’t change anything. Most enchantments are completely useless. A third ring or weapon slot would help.
