Hi D4 family – I’m currently copying Rob’s CHSB build (d4builds.gg/builds/361d4c72-d758-4def-a136-cca51209a57d/) and I have to say that it’s a lot of fun. My only thing is how he doesn’t put the Midnight Sun ring on. My understanding is that, without the ring, you don’t get the passive benefits of Counterattack. Am I misunderstanding? Thanks in advance!
if you have the skill on the bar you would get the passive.

TY! If you don’t, you won’t get the passive unless you have the Midnight Sun ring on, right? My understanding is that having the ring on allows you to not have Counterattack on the toolbar and thus allows for an extra castable skill.
My confusion is on how Rob’s D4 build page doesn’t have the ring on AND doesn’t have Counterattack on the toolbar, yet he still spent 3 skill points on Counterattack in the skill tree. Mistake?
Correct. Yeah, looking at the build it doesn’t make sense what he has. But then there are so many bugs maybe that’s broken as well and you get even not on the bar.
