Perpetually “QUEUED…” On XBOXSX and from the forums it looks like PSN players are experiencing it too. Having logged out or disconnected in some way players are experiencing not be able to log back into the game.
The game displays “QUEUED <1m” then displays “Connecting to DIABLOIV services” then displays “QUEUED…” with no wait time.
I have personally been experiencing this for 7 hours since 0730 am UK time. But some players have been experiencing this for almost 20 hours!
No acknowledgement, its not on known bugs list and there is no sign of a legitimate fix that doesnt require purchasing the game again on a different playform for a whopping £100. It doesnt even seem to be a priority. There has been no communication from the devs that they even know or care its happening.
Feeling mildy frustrated is an understatement

Same here. “Logged in” at 7AM, still sitting at “Queued” nearly 4 hours later.
No mention of this issue on the forums anywhere from Devs.

Same. Even tried to log on my friends account and couch co-op can not join that way either. Then it just kicks him out.

Experiencing the same issue. Pay to wait? Dog water…
It is not only shameful that we have infinite queues and that we cannot play, but also that the technical assistance they have is rubbish in which nobody answers you and you are left without €110 and without being able to play

I remember playing D3 beta. It was cool. I could log in and kill things.
Too bad they fired all of their QA staff, maybe we’d have a more reliable product.

I’m also at that screen, waiting to see what happens. And they said the Druid was coming out. I’ve been waiting since the original Diablo II to have them in again. It’s a bit frustrating.

Same issue on XBSX. I was able to log in for about 5 minutes at launch, and after getting kicked, I’ve been stuck in the infinite queue. It mostly annoys me that this issue seems common enough, and yet there is radio silence from Blizzard. I’ll likely cancel my pre-order after this weekend

I was stuck with the dreaded ‘queued’ error all day yesterday and even today. I tried this and was able to completely resolve it.
-obtain new D4 beta key buying $5 KFC sandwich
-redeem code for PC
-login to D4 beta on PC and roam just a bit
-after this am able to login without issues on PS5
I can’t say if this is a guaranteed fix for everyone, just worked out for me. Good luck guys.
I got to play for up to 10 minutes on 3/17/23, then got kicked then put in queue and never got to see gameplay again. Woke up 3/18/23 and been in queue for the last hour and half.
I havent been able to log on for 24 hours now. Yiu expect some issues from a beta but 24 hours on a closed beta. Kinda unbelievable
Got the same problem… I’ve tried ist several times in the last 18 hours with waiting 2 hours and more. Everytime the same status… “Queued”. On every website you can ready, that there are No issues and everything works good. It’s really frustrated top ready These Things and to watch other gamers playing and having fun. It feels like they prefer PC players that’s not fair…

No. That is beyond stupid. You shouldn’t have to jump through 10 hoops with alt accounts and access and everything to play in a beta you payed for. Including with that beta containing exclusive rewards that are UNOBTAINABLE because YOU CANNOT PLAY.
I just logged into diablo 3 on my xbox and then it let me in diablo 4 open beta after I closed it out. Not sure if it was a coincidence. But I’ve been playing now with no issues.
