Queue timer increaseing not going down

Summary

WAS PLAYING IT RANDOMLY DISCONECTED ME FROM THE SERVER. I WENT TO LOG BACK IN AND IT SAID I HAD A 5 MIUNTE QUEUE TIMER THEN IT WAS 6MIN THEN 7 NOW 30 MINUTES LATER IM AT 21 MINS AND IT JUST KEEPS INCREASING.

Been having the same issue since launch, atm been staring at the log in queue on the ps5 for the past 30+ minutes. The queue started at 8 minutes, went up to 12, then down to 10, and is now up to 16.

My friend who is playing pc version just tried logging in, got in immediately with no queue.

Can’t help but feel blizzard is prioritizing pc players over console players.

The best fix would be to simply add an offline mode, no need for a queue then, but less players to advertise overpriced mtx to I guess.

Same thing… were you by any chance completing a stronghold in co-op?

I died at level 50 by disconect from server. 38hrs lost.

Any update? This is currently happening to my son on the Xbox but I get in immediately on PC… What is going on?

I play on pc and I have the same problem

pc been in que over 2 hours

The timer started at 1 minute and steadily went up over the last hour. Now it ready ~58 minutes and I’m going to bed.

I am having this problem as well. Started off at 12 minutes and now is over 30, while another friend was able to log in with no queue.

For those of you that have posted that you’re experiencing unexpected queue behaviour, could you edit your post to include the following:

  • Your geographical location (city)

  • Your internet provider and type of internet service (e.g. AT&T Fiber, Comcast Cable, etc.)

This is mostly for Blizzard to see and confirm whether or not you fall within the specific geographical region with a known routing issue currently (DFW / Dallas - Fort Worth ; AT&T Fiber).

This is happening to me too. Was playing just fine all day, got disconnected around 8pm PST. Queue time keeps climbing instead of going down 40+ min PS5 - Los Angeles, CA
