I got a random disconnect from the server and it wouldn’t let me back in.
Tried restarting my game, my pc and waiting a bit outside of the client. Queue just increases as minutes go by

I have seen the same thing. I get randomly disconnected, once last night, and again tonight, both around the same time. Battle.Net then initiated an update for Diablo4. Once it was done and I restarted the game and my PC, I was queued and the timer increased instead of going down. Eventually, I am able to get back in but typically after 30-40 minutes of waiting.
