same i got in the first 20 minutes yesterday at 9am got disconnected and have not been able to get in since waited through multiple timed queues just to get stuck at “QUEUED” what a joke man

Well this is the test i been running since i have had all the above. My friend from the uk which he can play he let me log into his account, and it made me redownload the game. After i did went into the que and I’m playing on his account. I’m in game on one of his. So second test obviously we both want to play together so he is downloading also on my account in the uk. He is going to try to log in able create a guy and try to play. I’ll keep you updated.

Same issue in XBox after first disconnect
I have been trying to join for 5 hours. I go through login, time, and loop at “queued” for hours. I even upgraded my internet speed to max hoping that would help somehow. My friend is getting in immediately. What is going on?
No troll. I went under the sessions tab underneath the game on PS5 and clicked request to join. He sent me an invite that I accepted, it booted up the game and put me through the queue and put me on the character select screen and I was able to join his game. Only other thing I did is right before that I signed on to my wife’s profile and tried hers just to confirm it was my account that was having issues.
I am asking a refund for ultimate edition and for collectors one as we speak, everyone please do the same, Blizzard is insulting its players with this half backed cost saving cheap servers beta.
Yep. I made it to Level 10, was collecting some loot and got kicked… been trying to get back in for roughly a day straight now…
Stayed in the “queued” screen for over 8+ hrs yesterday. Didnt do anything…
Friends were all able to access and continue to log out and back in no issues.
Seems everyone who was able to log in at yhe launch was kicked for no reason and now denied access.
Character also seemed to be “deleted”…
I expected issues as its beta but man does this make me want to refund the delux version i paid for and wait for ps plus to give it for free later this year…
Had the same issue on ps5. Went and got a KFC promo code and used it on PC, downloaded it and logged in using the same battle net account as ps5 and my character was there. Played it for 10 seconds and then switched back to ps5 and it worked as normal.

In the US you can order certain items through their website or app and it’ll email you a promo code for this weekend. I’m not kidding

Been trying since last night. Well over 14 hrs now can’t even get past the queued screen. can’t even make a character. This is totally ridiculous. I will never by any Blizzard game ever again. This company has been nothing but problems for me.

I don’t know if anyone is paying attention, but this happens with every Diablo game, and most WoW expansions. Blizzard cannot create an MMO without completely botching the massively multiplayer part. It’s just to be expected. In fact, you can expect this to persist through the presumed June launch of the game. Because they can’t release a polished game. It’s just how they work. Rest assured, it will eventually be possible to play the game without absurd queues.
