After I progressed to WT4 I abandoned all my quests because I thought I didn’t need them, I was just planning on levelling through infernal hordes.
Now I need the Iron Wolf Encampment Honor system to get my last Resplendent Spark, but I cannot start the “The Helltide Rises”. I’ve checked for NPC at every single point in the questline - nothing.
Blizzard pls fix.
