I tried Tempers option +x% Damage while War Cry/Wrath of The Berserker on my weapon but neither worked. Are these two options buggy? Or am I doing it wrong?
Here’s how I tested it: I carry a weapon that tempers one of the two options above and activate War cry/WOTB respectively for each option, but neither option gives me +% damage. If I’m doing it wrong, please guide me.

Does your tool-tip not change? Where are you testing this? I mean, who really knows what is and isn’t broken in this game.
