If I play and complete campaign in world tier 1 (level 50), Do I have to start from 0 waypoint in world tier 2? Or all map & Waypoint are automatically unlock in world tier 2 and I can fast travel immediately to Cathedral of Light dungeon to unlock world tier 3?
Whatever you unlock in any world tier is unlocked in lower/higher ones. You wont need to rediscover anything through all 4 tiers. (Yyou will need to do it once for each character though, each new char is a clean slate OTHER than the renowned rewards that are account wide, altars of lilith, and your codex)

In diablo 3 there is an adventure mode. Where you can create any character and don’t have to go through campaign story. Is there an adventure mode in diablo iv?
I cant answer that on anything further than speculation. There was no campaign in closed beta.
My understanding is once youve done the campaign one time, you dont need to do it again, but CAN. That would be basically the same as adventure mode.
I THINK the world tiers will still be restricted by levle though, so after completion, you still wouldnt be able to go to wt3 on a new char until it hits level 50, but you dont need to do the campaign again to do so. You WILL have to do the capstones on each char to progress through them though, or at least you did before. IF they are locked behind campaign, they shouldnt be on any other char in the same mode you make after.
I also dont know if you need 1 completion in sc, and a seperate completion in hc. It would make sense, but, sense isnt always a thing in blizz games.
