Question to Blizzard and Community on New Paragon System and Rollover from Season 6

Re: New Paragon Points Rollover and How it Works - Any Info on this is appreciated -

Hi All!

I just logged into the game, and excited to get started. However, I noticed my paragon points earned in season 6 and what I already unlocked in the Eternal Realm didn’t add up, so if anyone has any clear info on this it would be appreciated.

For reference, my Eternal Ream character had 205 Paragon Points at max level. My Spiritborn for season 6 earned 172 Paragon points, and after any rollover from what I earned in season 6 that would be 377 Paragon points, but when I logged in I only see 225 Paragon points on all my characters. That’s a whopping 152 Paragon points missing, or is this normal?

Recently, Blizzard said: “All paragon experience gained will be transferred to the Eternal Realm when a season ends.” - If that is the case, then I should be at max level 300 - unless there is something more to the roll over of the Paragon points earned in the recently ended season 6. I’m not sure how this Paragon rollover works, but would appreciate any feedback or info on this. Ty

Cheers! - JJ -

Later Paragon levels take a ton more xp, it might be exp based

all the seasons experience gets added up in eternal.

experience, not the level numbers, since higher levels require more experience.

so your paragon 172 in S6 amounts to X-experience, which gets added to the experience of the 200 paragon you already had in eternal, resulting in a cumulative experience of 225 Paragon in your case.

edit:
for comparision
the halfwaypoint in experience required to get to paragon 300, is paragon 284.

Paragon doesn’t add - Paragon Experience adds.

It takes far more experience to level 250-300 than it does to hit 250, for example.
