Trying out this build, and it seems as though enemies are often stunned. Just wondering why none of the builds take the yellow 35% bonus damage tile in the Static Surge paragon board?
Probably because it doesn’t work on bosses. I mean it technically should apply when they’re staggered, but that’s rarely and not for long.
