the unique effect only applies to direct damage as far as i know.

as for which one you should use, id def go for the second. 10% lucky hit isnt that big of a deal really, of course andys needs the lucky hit, but id say its B, as your skills got solid proc chances already, and lucky hit works multiplicative, so the 10% is pretty minor.

tho it seems like KitKat and i disagree there ^^

With skill it is easy to reach 100% of luck, it will depend on your status. Well I have GA in the fist of destiny which reaches 77% Easy. But it won’t matter at the end of the day, of course any increase is an increase. If you If you have good tempers in dark damage, I would bet on a lucky break.

the chance to cc is the most important roll. the lucky hit is next important. the dmg range is third. id use a fists of fate that rolled 250% on unique aspect if the other two are high

This is better. Andy Rogue in s5

Lucky hit chance is the most important stat, preferably on a GA. You’ll need over 200% to make Poison Imbuement’s lucky hit chance reach 100%. While it’s impossible to reach 3000% for 100% Poison Nova procs, aim for the highest lucky hit chance possible. The next crucial affix on Fist of Fate is the random application of crowd control, which boosts the damage of your Control glyph. The legendary affix is less important, so even one with 200% is fine.
