I kind of want a true fresh start. By that, I mean I’d like to delete ALL my character, on both eternal and the current season, and start over. However, I don’t want to sacrifice my stash. What happens to my stash when the last character is deleted? Will everything disappear?
to avoid any risk, why not create a new character and then delete all the others?

Just delete all but one. Then create a new character. Then delete the last one. Just to be safe. I’d leave the season character too if you want that stuff. At least until January when it transfers. Honestly not sure what happens if you delete all.
I recently deleted all my eternal characters to test. Nothing changes. Stash and contents remain. Paragon remains. Lilith statues. Renown. It’s all tied to the realm, not the characters.
My assumption is that all realms work the same way.

It won’t be a fresh fresh start as some things stay with the account. Renown, all the Lilith statue bonuses and anything you’ve unlocked on the map, except the majority of the waypoints for some reason. Also any transmogs you unlocked.
It essentially will be same as just creating a new character deleting them or not. Of course it’ll declutter your login screen.

That would be a nice option like picking your campaign state. Buying another copy of D4 is prob the only way for now. It will be down to 20 USD soon I’d imagine. Maybe less.

Oh you should know ,probably too late, but if you want a fresh Lilith and points. nope, you will need to make a new account. stuff like that is once only per account lol or copy not sure on that one, so if i buy it on my linked ps4 account i honestly don’t know what would happen lol.
But yeah stuff like statues is account locked progress and they booster and powercreep apart from the fun of finding them, you won’t notice a difference.
Only way to play unboosted after that is to not spent the starting action points. which is fine just ignore the flashing AP marker. Until you are ready to spend all the points is one thing you can do. For that fresh-like experience 
dam this game makes it too easy to joke on , i cannot resist sometimes.
