The guide I followed (Full Uber Whirlwind by Rob), has me using my two handed mace for whirlwind’s weapon.
I tested that, and against using Slashing (Grandfather) and am getting better results over all.
So I ask, is there some benefit to using bludgeoning over slashing? Like slashing does bleed with whirlwind, so do the two handed mace have something of the same?
The Barbarian is currently in a very bad state. No matter how much you try, you will never be satisfied. Even with mystic uniques, you will lag behind all classes… by far
I don’t know if the slashing bonus from the arsenal system is working this season, but it didn’t work before in that it would not apply the bleed effect that it states when using a 2h slashing weapon.
The bludgeoning weapon also allows you to use the benefits from the wallop passive.
The current meta with ww is to use Ramaladni’s and a 1h mace.
