Did Mephisto take on the form of the Blooded wolf, if so can’t we just kill the wolf to kill Mephisto? If Maphisto is now trapped within the soul shard how can he also be outside of the soul shard as the Blooded wolf?

id say the blooded wolf was just under mephistos corruption. While a soul stone can hold prime evils, they cant fully contain their influence.

I figured it was just an illusion, like him showing us the burning town. If you believe an illusion to be real, it can hurt you, as many paranoid schizophrenic’s can tell you.

If the Blooded wolf was not Mephisto himself but simply under Mephisto’s influence, could a powerful Druid like Fiacla-Géar break that hold? 
Considering wolves are companions of Druids.

hmmm i mean im not sure but id doubt it. i mean, it was quite a hassle to remove andariels influence and stuff =/
