Question about Tempering Recipes

Did you seriously forget to turn off tempering of other classes temper recipes!?

Apparently you can use the temper recipes of other classes for your own class. I now have to level a Rogue to make my Barb/ Necro good with Vulnerable/ Crit damage Rogue tempering? This is nonsense. Fix it ASAP! If you are not gonna fix it you have to at least let all classes have all class specific tempers available to everyone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cybOyuA0uKs
