Does the local chat channel span the entire zone, ie: Fractured Peaks, or does it only span the subzone you’re in?
Pretty sure it’s players within your local vicinity, about 3 screens radius

its worse than even that, its actually just the 12 closest players to you in that second.
there’s no way that’s correct. no one dumb enough to come up with that idea got a job anywhere…
