First off, despite the several highly critical responses from several people regarding Diablo 4, I absolutely enjoy it. That being said, I have noted one problem which is probably “operator error” but may be some sort of bug. When I reach any area when climbing, jumping, or crawling is necessary, the only button that I can operate is the “move away quickly” …It seems when I first started playing the game an icon would be displayed that could be keyed when meeting situations or obstacles that needed to be avoided. I am relatively early in the game. Only a level 43 Barb. But I am currently unable to proceed further in the game because of this problem…Any help would be greatly appreciated.

same here. cannot climb or jump. stucks in several quests. any help to go around the bug???

Really is weird. No response from the programmers or Blizzard. I have had to resort to restarting several quests until the problem stops…It seems to be random. Good Luck and thanks for the reply/info!

There is a wierd bug where sometimes, when you alt tab or otherwise change window focus out of Diablo, when you come back in some or all of your control functions don’t work. I’ve seen it where you can’t cast some or any abilities, dodge, click to advance dialogue, etc.
The workaround, fortunately, is simple - alt tab out, and back in.

I went into controls and changed my “evade” button/control to a different button (mouse wheel), and it worked!!!

I am having the exact same problem. I do not think it is “operator error” since I have tried numerous things to get past this problem.
I have had this same problem from the start will try your idea and see if it helps me !
