Act VII next quest step is blocked. Says “BLOCKED. Quests are unavailable in your current state. Party is not on same quest step.
I have logged out and back in. Tried solo and in group. Changed characters. But I cannot complete next quest step as Neyrelle is not available. Please help.
Same issue, tried restoring license, no dice, on PS5.
I am having the same issue as well. Deleted my character and restarted. Nothing. Tried restoring the license. No luck. I’m to the point where i deleted it and trying to reinstall it. I will update once it’s installed again.
Update. Reinstalled the game. Reset the PS5 and now it’s working
Same exact problem on PS5. Logging out, restarting the game didn’t work. Doing a full reboot did work, though.
