In the quest “Below”, task “Make the Ore Hoist Operational” is unable to pass. The guy I need to get onto the hoist is spinning in circles and not giving me the option in talk to or interact.

Exact same, I tp-ed and then went back and it actually duplicated neyrelle and vigo the two npcs and they follow me now but the original two are both standing there with vigo spinning
