Hi all,
Had some fun doing a thought exercise of possible Quality of Life features that would improve certain elements of the game.
I tried limiting myself to 3 and only 1 per category, as to not suggest any overhauls.
Additionally, I figured I’d try to focus on things that I believe are low effort/medium reward.
Inventory Lock Feature
I’d really love to see a way to lock certain items in our inventory, as to not accidentally sell or salvage them. If you’ve spent hours farming for a specific drop and/or spent millions rerolling, accidentally deleting them would be a nightmare.
I know this could be seen as the player’s fault, but I think most of us have been guilty of quickly trying to dispose of any items so we can continue the grind.
A second addition to this feature would be a highlight button, so that we can check out our locked items at a moment’s notice.
Event Notification in game
To be clear, I’d like this to be an option to be enabled at the player’s behest.
Seeing a notification 5 minutes prior to a World Boss Spawn, Helltide or Legion event might serve as a solid reminder without having to access 3rd party resources to keep track of timers.
Additionally, I feel like this might push players towards these events, as I’m not sure whether everyone actually keeps track of them.
Paragon Board Refund
Refunding all/most of the Paragon nodes gets more cumbersome, the more points you have. Instead of a refund all button, it could be nice to have a way to refund board by board.
That way we don’t need to click tons of times every time we want to test new things or shake up our build.
