I was level 83 playing on what I thought was Torment (Difficulty IV).
Was doing events in Helltide and filled up on Obols, portaled back to town to sell items and gamble with Purveyor.
Noticed none of the items were tagged as either Sacred or Ancestral possibilities, and highlighting an item says “requires level 41”.
Logged out to check difficulty, I’m on Torment, log back in, still same problem.
Port to another city, same thing. Port to another city, same thing.
Exit game, relog, same problem.
Read patch notes. See something about " * Fixed an issue where the Purveyor of Curiosities’ menu would erroneously display item quality on some items (this didn’t affect what item quality was available to gamble for)."
Feel’s pretty bogus that displayed possibilities didn’t affect the outcomes … they quite obviously did.
What’s with the gaslighting?

Is this a bug, or am I going to waste Obols on crap gear (low i-level) in the end game?
