So I find myself both liking and disliking the seasonal head hunt zones. I enjoy the new activities and new mini-bosses. The monster density is good and there’s always something to do.
But I don’t like how events keep bleeding into each other. I’ll be doing the animal rescue event, and some headrotten elites will wander by. If I kill them, it completes a different kill mission and exposes roots which some will invariably click on. While we fighting the spawn from that, an escort mission will wander through and draw in more enemies. Meanwhile the animal rescue got somehow completed so it restarts and ghost toad comes in and spawns more stuff.
Suddenly I realize that my inventory is full and I’ve been maxed on whispers without realizing it so I missed out on several whisper points. So I have to go break and turn in whisper bounties. Which leads to missing an actual head boss appearing.
The whole thing feels like a poorly paced action movie. It’s fun for a while, but after a while it grows tiresome. Thoughts?

I actually like that aspect, so u can complete 3-4x quests at the same time = more efficient = faster you can move on to different zone

It’s braindead content, you can stand there afk and let other people level you in the purple zone. Whatever event I posted my character at just kept resetting itself after completion, so literally no reason to move or play the game.
I made it to level 14 by doing this while answering emails and logged off. I couldn’t even be bothered to afk level it’s so boring.
Great for dads and grandpas and moms though.

The critically acclaimed award winning Diablo 4.
Wakes up disoriented and flails around falling out of bed
Wow.
I went from level 3 to level 18 last night just running around spamming spells wherever the crowds were.
It was so quick I didn’t even cash in my 15 skill points until after I had ported back to town twice to salvage drops.
Yes, I find myself holding points for a long time as well.
Like I said, I enjoy the monster density. But events need to be spaced out a bit more. Too many are right on top of each other.
