I spent 9000 MS points to purchase the Premium Battlepass when I started Season 8. I still have no way to unlock the Premium Reliquaries.
Same boat. 1 week and 4 tickets later… still nothing.
Best customer service in the business.

I’m contacting you today regarding the Microsoft Rewards code, which did not unlock the Accelerated Battle Pass reward in Diablo IV.
We appreciate your patience as Blizzard has been investigating solutions with our partners at Microsoft over the last week, and we’ve just received an update with instructions. While Blizzard cannot grant benefits for these codes, due to the way they work, and recent changes to Diablo IV’s Battle Plan, Microsoft’s support team can help reimburse the points spent.
The next step is for the accountholder to contact Microsoft using their support form: rewards.microsoft.com/support
The Microsoft support team will confirm the original reward code purchased/issued, and provide a reimbursement. If you are not the Microsoft Rewards user, and received the code as a gift from a friend, please have your friend contact Microsoft for assistance while logged in to their account.

So thanks for making us wait for 2 weeks just to get told we cannot fix it
The only problem with that is that my codes had already been redeemed BEFORE season 8. When I logged in, I could see that I had 4 Battle Pass available and now only 1. Since I activated these codes before the start of season 8, including one several months ago, I don’t believe that Microsoft will refund my points.
