Hi, I just bought a horse cosmetic from the shop for 1200 coins (I purchased 1000 coins and then another 200) the horse was this red with golden armor on top with the banner trophy I think its the only one with banner trophy. I’m level 57 and I’ve unlocked horse riding given that I have other horses but I seem to have never received this cosmetics armor checking the stable. I forgot the name of the cosmetic and its not even there anymore in the shop probably because I bought it?
I quit the game, restart the launcher still not showing in the stable.
You will need to submit a customer support ticket in order to have someone look into it, since Blizzard does not follow up on individual bugs found in the game from the bug forums.
Thanks for the reply. I did open a support ticket and I was just told to “submit this on the forums as a bug so that our developers can have look into it.”. So here I am 
Yeah, they recommend that you do both.
They don’t take individual account actions from the bug forums, so in the event that they hand out refunds, they will do that from the support tickets, so that is the most important one if you want to get either your mount or your currency back.
