Purchased Deluxe Version of Vessel of Hatred but It won't let me play

When I try to make a spirit born class it takes to a screen selling an upgrade to ultimate. Does the new class require the ultimate edition? I pre-purchased and paid for something. I play on xbox

Seems to be a known issue right now, several have reported the expansion just not registering for their account upon logging in. Seems to be affecting almost everyone but PC Battle.net users.

My issue was issue with xbox console installation. There is a a really confusing step you have to do on xbox to get the expansion to work. There is a thread in the console forum on it. Essentially it looks like the regular game update, updated to the expansion, but there is some game add on checkbox buried in xbox game add ons menus that you need to check in order to be able to play spirit born.

I cant use VoH cosmetics on other characters!
Says I need to purchase but I have Deluxe!!

Same issue here! I thought I was losing my mind. Game says I own the Deluxe edition (which I do) but won’t let me play Vessel of Hatred, even though I’ve been using the preorder bonuses for months. On Xbox

Ticket is useless. I made one and the GM said to just keep an eye on the forums for updates

Ugh this was it. On the Xbox if you go to manage game and addons, one of the VoH expansion options had been disabled. Enabling this and restarting seems to have worked. Thanks!
