Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred purchased.
Where is my Vessel of Hatred Ultimate Edition packages?
I did not received the following bundles:
- Nahantu Veilwaker
- Wings of the Damned Cosmetic
- Hratli, Canine Pet
- Nahantu War Cat mount Armor bundles
- One Premium Battle pass token
- 3,000 Platinum
- Nahantu unearthed armor bundle (5class sets)
- Wings of the faith cosmetic
- Nahantu themed town portal
Just missing a clarification: that you did in fact purchase the Ultimate Edition (& that that’s what it says in the invoice). In your post & in the title, you only say you purchased the expansion.
You should contact customer support.
No one in these forums has the ability to help you other than that.

In all that customer service can do, ofc no one in the forum can do.
But most of the time these threads result in straightening out some information that the OP was missing or didn’t include in the post… which can also resolve some things for some lurkers finding themselves in a similar situation.
The main info that’s missing is a clear confirmation that OP bought the Ultimate edition… as both the title & the post describe buying the “expansion”, which is not the same thing.

to add to avalons link: make sure you purchased the VOH expansion for the correct platform. where did you purchase it?
also make sure to keep the refund policies in mind. Depending on where you purchased them they might differ slightly, but in the end its within 2 weeks, and with less than 2 hours of playtime.

Just a reminder: check invoice. Make sure it says Ultimate edition. Report back here just to sate my curiosity.
