I’m seeing nothing but negative takes on season 8, even from some of the most diehard fans. It’s time to break glass in case of emergency.
Release the Paladin.
Release it in a bundle with season 8 battle pass.

They are saving this for the next expansion. S8 is in trouble that is for sure but paladin wont even save it.

I believe there are just as many defending S8 changes as criticising them. In both cases, mostly the same couple of forum members in all the threads.
Anyway, I don’t remember so much negativity before the release of any other season…OK, I have only been active in the forum for a couple of seasons.

No ty we don’t need any more repeat characters we need new ones with new skills and abilities not the same old classes we’ve been seeing for year after year!

I applaud your optimism if this is your genuine assumption and assessment of one of or The cause for delay.
Ive only ever told the truth in my eyes. I was hopeful when we had hordes come out and item rework was overall good except for legacy mythics. But then we got awful VoH, endless dupes, buggy mess after buggy mess with 1 ring defeating their entire team and now this latest complete 180 again where the devs only want 10% of us in T4??? We cant do midseason content anymore? We cant balance anything? Half the mythics are trash. 90% of skills on each hero are trash.
Oh I think you are being kind at 90%… I mean really, your weapon does x damage yet most “basic” skills only to 15% of that… How can a skill be 85% less damage than hitting with the weapon… If that is the case let me hit them with the weapon only…

That would be one of the most epic comebacks in the past 2 decades. Let me rephrase it: 0% with current management. 
Man I’d love to see a Paladin or Crusader.
As nice as a new class would be, would really like to see some new options for existing classes. Add a few new skills and passives to each tree.
Or better yet, a seventh ability slot.
