PTR usually don’t have a set time. Expect it around 1pm PST give or take a few hours.

FWIW, you can expect the most likely window for the PTR to start being 10 AM PST - 1PM PST.
People mentioning PoE2 in every single damn thread is so unbearably cringe. We get it, I get it, you hate D4 and love PoE2.
This is exactly why I will play SSF in PoE2, so I don’t have to interact with people like you. You’re doing the game a great disservice acting like an insufferable “well acksually PoE2…” andy.
Everyone and their grandmothers know PoE2 is coming out, you don’t need to spam literally every single thread.

PoE 2 will be a good game because the developer is a passionate player of the game.
Will it be the best iso arpg on the market during EA? Seems likely, once the servers can handle the millions of people logging in.
Will there be bugs, and hilarious interactions during EA? More than likely.
Will super casuals be overwhelmed? Less so than they were with PoE 1, but yah.
Will there be an active forum for PoE 2? Yes, when it launches…
GGG has said the full release will more than likely be within 6 months to a year, from the launch of EA, that is on the Dec. 6th.
Will I still enjoy Diablo 4? Of course.
Lets hope the Sorc on PTR gets the Devs attention on how horrible the class that should be my favorite is these days.

I think all the D4 superfans that complain so profusely are just so passionate about the Diablo franchise, that they push with all their might to move the game in the diabolic direction it needs to realize it’s true potential and inevitable destiny as the greatest game of all time.
Not that it isn’t already…

Don’t know how this thread devolved so much. Typically PTRs start around 2024-12-03T18:00:00Z although could start an hour later depending.

Agreed, it’s pathetic and exhausting. Wow you’re hyped for a game. Cool. Not every post needs to be about it. Heck, if it was just expressing hype it would be more tolerable.
It’s getting to the point where the jerk in me wants it to be awful but that’s not fair to the developers or fans. But the few that come here with their nonsense, ugh.
For the record I didn’t like POE but I was semi-hyped for POE2 because it sounded like it was going to fix a lot of what I didn’t like. I’m absolutely not going to play it now though (as you said,) the super fans have completely turned me off, and after the utter waste of time LE turned out to be, I’ll stick with the devil I know.

Why would you let kids on a different game forum, that are prolly trolling, and won’t even play PoE 2 defer you away from the enjoyment you could obtain in your life?
I agree with you that there is a lot of cringy posts on forums in general.
But don’t let these salty D4 ultrafans, that are just super disappointed that D4 won’t bring back their feelings of kid like aw they had when they played D2 for the first time deter you from enjoying something.

I hear you, and I heard this before. Last Epoch was a game from game lovers, and it would kill D4 aswell. But however, the ppl who keep saying D4 is BAD or D4 is DEAD is STILL here. Like WTF??? Btw, I dont see any hype opr vids abot Last Epoch anymore, Idk why…
I never thought LE would be that great, and have never said it would.
I have actually put in a decent amount of research into PoE 2, and have personal opinions about as much.
It starts at 1:00 PM PST give or take 4 hours just like every other PTR.
Previous life experiences, to be honest. It’s like a mental block or something.
I have a couple friends that hyperfixate on things, and it completely destroys me having a shared interest in it because it becomes all they talk about with me.
Not the same thing, but it’s caused the same reaction in me. Some things are just weird like that.
Maybe when it calms down I’ll muster the will to try it.
