They are definitely steering us in directions not everyone wants to go. I personally like earthquakes and hota. I can fit in WW although its not really doing anything except making bleeding enemies.
I logged over to see how the grass was in Last Epoch’s version of whirlwind felt and by itself has tons more utility (super skill trees) but the actual damge comes from merging other skills into warpath like smite. I got a lvl91 paladin this reset.
Not many devs think spinning should be winning these days
Might be worth to try to build an ancient summoner ww barb. Those ancients now scales with our multipliers and can proc lucky hits including fire damage from ugly helmet.
Well, at least I have some other WW like skill to look forward to in the competitor game that shall not be named.
Hopefully it fills the gap while we wait for WW to be buffed in D4.
My friends convinced me to try it back when the devs were doing the same thing to d3.
I played it for years after trying it, and never played d3 again. D4 got me to switch back, and I decided to give them a shot at keeping me from POE2. Didn’t work.
Guess I’ll wait for D5!

I hope this isn’t going to happen, but the directional shifts in boards, i am just waiting for sets and full d3 mode and another massive legacy item do over. When they bring sets in just like d3.
Done spending money knowing this game could very well pull this trick. So disappointed in this game it’s not even funny. Lie after lie, after lie, what did he say once, can’t make too many big moves or you break too much, lol yet here we are in good shape apparently. yeeah ok.
Makes me so sad, since even season i enjoy it until mid season nerfs, breaks the game, and incoming news is more nerfs, cuts, stabs and duct tape, it’s tiring to say the least.

You know there’s people posting in the bug report section trying to get blizzard to get rid of the key passive buff from Shroud? Like Barb is literally 6 feet under and people are still crying NERF NERF.
