I noticed a really annoying blurry effect in PTR like chromatic aberration, but can’t find any option to disable it.

Cheers for the mention/bump of my reddit thread, looking at settings and the config file I don’t think there is currently a way to turn this off on the PTR. The best we can hope for is to get the attention of the devs.
It’s also very possible they might be adding chromatic abberation to the game but simply don’t have a setting to disable/enable it in this PTR build, but will for the actual live game patch in October. As I can’t think of any games that force chromatic abberation or other post-processing effects such as motion blur, lens flare etc. and then not give options to disable. Every game I’ve ever played that had those effects has always had options to disable, so I’m pretty confident we will get them here as well.

You are right but with this team, we better warm them before it’s live lol 
If i had to play with forced chromatic aberration when the game is out, i’d stop immediately.

Odd question here did you try installing the PTR without the added extra graphics pack? May be something wonky going on with that. It was an option as you were installing it. Little box to untick.
I installed WITH the extra graphics pack, yes.
Also experiencing this and can confirm:
It looks like absolute blurry crap on a 4K OLED with Ultra settings.

Is that what it is! I’ve been trying to figure out how to turn it off too. It makes my eyes blurry.
