Every time the game crashes using my portal, away from home, the game refuses to let the portal see the report error screen. Usually disconnects, and on reconnecting it’s a blank screen with no way of resetting the portal. No other game, as of yet has this issue, they have all shown the report/error screen when the game has crashed, this only happens with Diablo IV. The console has to be reset in person, literally someone has to go and press the report error button with the controller? Something I can’t do working away from home. Any help on this issue would be great.

Just want to chip in here as it is happening to me as well. Was a bit bothersome having no way to reset it being away. Trying it at home right now and two crashes in 10 minutes after 3 minutes in a nightmare dungeon.
This has happened to me alot over the last week about 8 times. Just with diablo 4 and always when its tons of combat numbers on screen.
Took a necro from 1 to 50 on hardcore and it was smooth running higher pits or helltides it would happen.
Portal would go black screen but after almost a min or so pressing buttons i do get to the error report and go again with out that physically needs to do it at home.
Does feel like a rub your belly pat your head kind of issue but ive found its recoverable… however it shouldnt be happenig…
Happening to me also. Get some weird DNS error pop up that I have to clear out via the console before I can try to connect the Portal again. Have submitted error logs.
Downgrade to diablo4 ps4 version (max 30 fps).
