I was at the training dummy in WT4 trying to max out all of my weapon expertise and I noticed that for 1h sword in particular it was painfully slow, about 10-15 minutes to go from 5 to 6. I switched to normal and went from 6 to 10 in about 1 minute. All of the other weapons that I hadn’t maxed out flew by as well. Not sure if this is a bug or what.

Is based on damage done with a weapon, so you’d be doing more damage in lower difficulties with your higher tier gear.
Weapon expertise is for sure bugged. I did 2 nightmare dungeons on T4 and my 2H axe went up a sliver at level 5. I lowered difficulty to Normal and hit the training dummies and went from level 5 to 10 in about a minute.
