Just tested this in game, I am able to get the quest, and boost any character that is non-HC on the Eternal Realm. So just a heads up for anyone that was planning on boosting their HC characters for the Lilith statues at the very least. Which was my plan after FFSnipe had the idea in another thread.
They just recently added a note when you login.
I can confirm this. Tested on SF and it worked, in HC the quest don’t show up.
maybe its a miscommunication. I mean HC does have special achievements?
Yea bad miscommunication, it says no where on the page that it’s restricted to non-HC characters. The quest doesn’t even pop up on HC at all, and technically the “Fated Reliquary” is there in HC, you just can’t interact with it.
And now my lvl 2 HC character has those “one-time gifts” that I can’t open unless I level to 60. Would have been nice to know that boost is not available for HC!
This is lame. The only reason I even thought this was a decent idea was for getting a HC toon leveled up and messing around a bit.

Same, I put them in the stash and deleted the character… not worth my time.
Dont understand the limit. Leveling a char to 50 is a blip. ITs 5 pits 100 when being carried taking 10 min and you can get carried non stop at least in softcore. Maybe hardcore is harder but still you have a journey to 300 paragon. Level to 50 is nearly nothing in that scheme. Less than half a percent probably timewise.
