I bought the ultimate edition, but I only have access to 1 horse (mothers guidance theme) and the horse armor is the same deal.
How do I get my preorder items?
The problem might be that I upgraded my preorder from the basic game to ultimate, so somewhere the times got lost in translation.
But as I’m able to play now means that I did register some of it I guess.
Cant get to my horse nor any of my other preorder extras. What gives?
I also have the same issue on PS5.
The Temptation mount and Hellborn Carapace are there in the stables, but I’m missing the Light-Bearer mount and Caparison of Faith armor.

EDIT: I also initially pre-ordered the Standard version before upgrading to Ultimate, if that’s relevant.
Same here. PS5 Pre-order of Standard and then upgraded to Ultimate prior to early access release.

I did the same thing. Pre-ordered Standard then upgraded it to Ultimate. Didn’t recive the light-bearer as well. I already opened a post about this. Seems like there’s some bug behind the upgrade from standard to ultimate on console. Hope blizzard check this thread and soon find a answer
Same here I bought ultimate and only got the emote. My stable only has the temptation Mount and Hellborn carapace. Missing my light bearer Mount and armor 
. Pretty upsetting when you pay $100 and don’t get the crap you’re paying for but others around you did.
I lost all my stuff aswell all the pre order bonuses and the character i was grinding since the early access came out
I loaded up the game tonight after the full release and the preorder items have shown up. I guess it resolved itself.

Might have force fixed this. On PS5 go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other and Restore Licenses.
I did this and my Pre-order + Ultimate items were present on the next load.
The only thing broken now is the Wings Emote. It’s just a puff of smoke with no other animation.
Maybe log a support ticket as well - I logged a ticket from Battle.net using Contact Support > Account > Not Listed Here.
They will just send you to this forum even though this isn’t a bug it’s an account issue.
I also upgraded to Ultimate before release and didn’t get the pre-order mount+armour.
I tried restoring my licences and the pre-order stuff appeared. The emote still works too. Somehow it now also creates a new sound and smoke too. Sometimes it just creates smoke and when I move to a different spot it works again. It must be glitched.
I also have a glitch with the Sturdy Saddle in the vendor. It costs over 5 million gold to buy and it has been going up as I leveled.
Same here… PS5 received nothing!
This will fix the missing items.
I also bought the PS5 ultimate edition and received nothing!
