Hi, after i paid for this game
in advance just so i only be screwed left and right, the server crash and error 300202 from last night ruined 24 damn hr of effort.
This being said, i whant mi money back, full refound and im done woth this crap.
I’ve logged in mi battlenet pc account, since D4 is cross-platform, i had the game bought on PS5. How cand i get a refound, what are the steps ?, thx.

If you bought it for console on the ps5 you gotta go through sony for the refund. Make sure the game is uninstalled.

Also, you need to make sure you didn’t play more than an hour or maybe it’s two, because then, no refund.

You can’t refund once the game is downloaded according to Sony’s refund policy. They just stole your money.
