I have the “Join Trade Chat Chanel” option ticked in my settings. There should be 5 chat tabs at the top of the chat box and I only have 4. The 5th one should be the Trade Chat logo symbolized by the two arrows circling each other and I’m missing this tab. Friends in the same party have this (Xbox and PC users). Is this a PS issue?
I have toggled the box in settings with restarting. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Yet nothing works. Please please fix this.

I have the same issue.
A friend of mine who I‘m playing with and who was standing right next to me in game could view the trade chat without issues. But I didn’t even have a trade chat tab, even though I have it enabled. Tried un- and re-ticking the box, restarting and reinstalling the game, nothing helped for me either.

Identique pour moi le canal commerce n’apparait pas, réinstallation du jeu plus décochage recochage des dizaines de fois de l’option canal commerce + sauvegarde , rien n’y fait!
Avec mon collégue sur ps5 aussi, lui a bien le canal commerce qui apparait avec les mêmes options que moi exactement!! Blizzard corriger vite ce problème pénible!! Impossible d’échanger via ce canal indispensable au jeu!!

I have the same issue, even made a post about it here and nothing, the “workaround” I found was to quit to character selection screen and back to the game until it puts me in the chat.

Day one no trade channel. My buddy has his. Both of us have PS5. Completely mind boggling how it doesn’t work for me. Like others in this thread, I’ve tried all tips. Maybe I should unplug, wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in? Lol

Fix this, same issue. Ps5 trade chat.
- works often on Softcore, seldom on Hardcore
A) is one blocking the other? - logging in and out, is not a reliable fix
A) while toggling the “trade” chat box
B) while toggling the “cross play” box
C) while toggling the “cross-network” box - shutdown completely does not fix
- Banging head against wall, does not fix

Same issue honestly not haveing trade chat is horrible cant find groups for uber bosses about to quit this game over this and whats up with the firebolt and faireball enchantment slot still bugged since day 1 aswell… thanks blizzard ty lol

Same issues nothing works to fix it and nothing is being done about it. Why? Guess it’s time for a new game maybe blizzard is trying to kill it’s user existence. POE2 might be the option. Don’t want to go there but if I can’t enjoy the bartering part the haggle of beating someone to the buy or sell then I guess I’ll see myself out party finder don’t even work half the time either. Guess we’ll see just keep logging and checking but can’t do anything to make some gold or buy some gear unless it’s my friends list. Tired of 3 weeks no trade chat now
I have been having same issue no trade chat. Sometimes i truely feel alone. 2 months ago i noticed so i logged out/in, but now well the past 2 weeks no workaround cant see or message in trade chat.

Please blizzard get this fixed. It’s been months now with no resolution on trade chat issue on ps5. I used to be able to reboot several times and sometimes it would work. Now it’s gotten worse, no amount of reboots resolves this issue.
Still a problem. I would like to link items to sell. I can’t do it.
Day 1 problem still not fixed I see. Think I’ve had the chat working for a number hours at most since launch (not consecutively either mind you). Thankfully Diablo.Trade provides some help, but would definitely prefer if the game I bought actually preformed like a finished game. This has got tombe the longest beta test I’ve ever played… Get it together Blizzard…
Not working no matter what. Tried enable trade chat and disable from options, re-installed the darn game and still bugged.
To get the trade chat going, need some 20 good minutes of enter / exit to character selection. Sometimes i just lose it and head off and watch a movie or play something else.
And this crap gets ignored by the Blizzard since day 1….
