PS5 keeps crashing while playing D4

I play with my brother who uses a PS5 while I use a PC. His PS5 keeps crashing throughout the game play for a while now. Sometimes the PS5 crashes while he is in PVP, soloing dungeons, in Helltide, etc. Sometimes it crashes while we are in the party doing NM dungeons.

I finally decided to report it because we did a NM dungeon recently. His inventory was full so he teleported out to sell, then his PS5 crashed. He went into the dungeon when he got back online but all the items dropped from the mobs were gone including a legendary item, which didn’t go to his stash.

My Ps5 and PS4 having be crashing/freezing since the new upadate

Same here. The recent update has made the game freeze when playing cross-platform where I can still move around but all the enemies are frozen and I’m still being attacked on my friends screen.

Same here my PS 4 crashes a few times a day, most times when i enter a dungeon or when i’m in a dungeon.
