PS5 game settings are not saved since patch 1.3.3. I have to change the game options and the opening cut scene starts every time I close the game. Sound, accessibility and general preferences are reset to default settings.

Same problem on the PlayStation 5, and it is beyond annoying.
I do not need the accessibility option of the screen reader.
It makes my screen too dark.
It jacks up my music volume to 100%,
It makes every piece of loot dropping make sounds.
It makes me skip or watch the $&#&$_+$ cutscenes every $3$5(-4 time!
Come on Blizzard, do better, test this crap out, before doing a “fix”.

Same exact problem here. Ever since the new patch, all Accessibility & Settings options reset and open like I was booting the game as a fresh install everytime I launch on PS5 and then it goes straight into the opening cinematic.
I hope the devs see this.

Same issue, PS4. Constant rubber-banding too. Unable to reach some places on map. It will not load at all.

Same problem. After Tuesday’s update to Diablo 4 on PS5, every time the game launches the initial setup and cinematic show. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling however the prompts to choose voice, set font size and set brightness as well as the Opening cinematic continue to show.

I’ve also heard this repeated maraca shake like sound when riding my mount. I had noticed two times before starting this reply. Then with testing, and I confirmed another bug- it happens inside of Gea Kul and again with leaving north out of town. The sound follows me and after stopping and changing direction it goes away. Happens with any town leaving- and entering- going fast on mount- all triggers the bug.
I thought maybe it was a sound effect from mount cosmetic or my own cos, both purchased. I switched to one of my saved cosmetics set, tried again and audio bug is still there. So when stripping off cosmetics, saving, I DISCOVERED ANOTHER BUG!!! Saving after stripping and exiting wardrobe, saving failed. I still had my cosmetics on. WTF???

Same on my PS5. The game won’t save ANYTHING. Emote wheel, basic game settings, cosmetics, nothing.

Same problem with settings getting reset every single time I load the game on the ps5. Started after the last patch.
Get rid of that god damned PlayStation plus spam window as well. I DON’T WANT IT. STOP SHOVING DOWN MY THROAT EVERY TIME I LOAD THE GAME.
